How to use your mala in meditation or prayer -
Hold the Mala necklace in your hand and beginning from one side of the guru bead, use your thumb to move from bead to bead whilst focussed on breath. Once your breath is calm and controlled, you can begin to repeat a mantra with each bead. Once you have completed 108 mantras, your practice is complete.
