Hello Summer!!! It is finally here (celebration dance!)
I have had a couple of requests recently for Summer clean eating snack ideas so I thought I would dedicate this blog to some of my family’s favourite clean eating summer snack ideas.
For those of you on a weight loss programme or on the Body Club, just remember to keep portions small and to eat mindfully, enjoying every mouthful - the simple trick is to kill a craving by satisfying it in clean, non- sabotaging, pleasurable ways!
