I am so excited about helping guide you towards the life you have always dreamed of. I can't wait to help you manifest the heck out of 2020!
So what is it you really want? What do you want to create for yourself?
Grab a note book and create a manifestation journal by writing it down. Get explicit, get visual, really feel it in your body. Create a bad-ass manifestation anthem that reminds you of how powerful you are every time you hear it and every time you open your journal, or listen to your song or see a post-it note you stuck on your computer, you will be reminded of what you have known from the beginning - You can have whatever you wish to have, you can live whatever life you wish to live and you can manifest whatever you desire.
You don't need to understand the science to put manifestation in to action. All you need to know is that universal energy is such a faithful friend that it will support you in giving you what you desire.
How your old story may read -
"I want to drop a dress size by the summer"
Your new story might be more like -
"I am ready to accept a healthy new body that I love. I am grateful for the body I have for getting me this far and I can't wait to see what else it can create for me. I am looking forward to wearing that amazing bikini I have been dreaming of and find it so easy to make healthy food choices that support my new belief system. I love moving my body by spreading my joy through yoga/dance/aerobics."
Don't worry about the 'hows', the 'what if's' and anything else that may sabotage your success, instead, visualise how good it feels to be in such a healthy body, visualise and feel your cells regenerating and your health improving, visualise yourself in your new bikini or dress or whatever it is that makes you feel good. Focus on the feeling good and that, my friend, is what you will receive.
Another old story-
"I want to earn more money, I never have enough and I just want to earn more"
Your new story -
"I am looking forward to receiving more money from the abundant wealth that is available to me. I am rich in every area of my life! There is always enough for me and it flows to me in unexpected and surprising ways. I am so excited about all the new opportunities that await me! I don't know how yet but, I open myself to new ways of receiving the riches of the universe"
When you write this down in your manifestation journal really visualise how you will feel receiving the money. You can imagine an amount appearing in your bank account or see it flowing like a river towards you. Be grateful for what you have and open yourself up to receiving more. If any resistance comes up write it down and tap the heck out of it until it no longer appears in your line of thought.
Take this opportunity now to write your own new story. You know it is a good one when you read it and your hairs stand on end, when you become giddy with excitement and you feel a sense of total faith that it is, what will be.
Remember that you are the creator of your own life and you have the power to create a life you love.
