Whatever your starting point, I am here to work with you, guide you, support you and encourage you to start living a life you love. 

I respect and understand that each person is a unique individual and firmly believe that a person must be treated as a whole being; body, mind and spirit, to reach optimum happiness and health.

As well as being a member of the British Holistic Medical Association, I am also certified by EFT International (EFTi). It is the largest EFT association worldwide and ensures the highest level of training for all practitioners registered with them. 

EFT Tapping is at the forefront of the fast advancing world of energy psychology.


It is a simple and effective technique using a combination of modern day talk therapy and ancient acupressure (tapping on meridian points). 


The process of tapping directly influences the area of the brain that controls the flight, fight, freeze response and as such, it is an exceptional tool for addressing trauma, releasing limiting beliefs and creating emotional freedom.

Holistic Nutrition considers the body as a 'whole being'.


It looks at all areas of health including (but not limited to), physical health, chemical and mechanical health, nutritional health, emotional health as well as environmental influences that can affect a persons wellbeing.


It is based on the understanding that organic and natural foods when combined with a heathy lifestyle and emotional wellbeing, brings optimum health to the body.

Energy Psychology
